International Orders — Customs Fees

Any order shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees determined by the authorities of the destination country. These fees are beyond our control: we do not control the amount and do not receive any portion of this money.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of having to pay these fees. If you refuse to pay them or refuse delivery of the package, it may be returned to us. Any fees charged to us, including shipping, return, and customs fees, will then be deducted from any potential refund. Depending on the total amount of these fees, it is possible that no refund may be issued.
