What materials do you use for your jewelry?
The vast majority of our jewelry is made from high quality 316L stainless steel, known for its durability, water resistance and hypoallergenic properties.
Only three models in our store are 18k gold plated. When this is the case, this information is clearly indicated in the product description so that you know exactly what you are buying.
Is your jewelry water resistant?
Yes, our 316L stainless steel jewelry is water resistant and designed to accompany you every day. 💧
The three 18k gold-plated models require more precautions. We therefore recommend that you always check the product description for its composition and care instructions.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. 🤍 Our 316L stainless steel jewelry is hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin.
In case of allergy or particular sensitivity to a metal, we still advise you to consult the composition of the jewel before your purchase.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To preserve their shine for as long as possible, clean them gently with a soft cloth and store them in a dry place when you are not wearing them.
For 18k gold-plated models, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, creams and chemicals to preserve their finish.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Each order is carefully prepared and shipped within a maximum of 1 to 2 business days. 🤍
During holiday periods or for pre-order items, a different timeframe may apply. When this is the case, the information is clearly indicated on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! 🌎 Mai Jewelry & Co ships to Canada as well as several international destinations.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
For international orders, customs fees, import taxes or other charges may be required by the destination country.
These fees are not included in the price of your order and, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return a piece of jewelry?
Return requests are subject to the terms of our refund and return policy.
We invite you to consult it to find out about the deadlines, conditions and items that can be returned.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Did you make a mistake in your order? Contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help you. However, once an order has already been prepared or shipped, we cannot guarantee that a modification or cancellation will still be possible.
